We will work with your insurance company on getting this approved as soon as possible; sometimes this takes 2 hours and others it takes 2 weeks.
It is always better to give us a call before coming in, sometimes it is an easy fix that we don’t need to schedule you an appointment but other times we will actually have the estimator take your vehicle apart as far as he can without making it un- drivable to see what damage is hidden underneath.
No problem, we can either have a towing company come get the vehicle or if you can bring it to the shop we are able to keep it here while we wait on the approval and the parts.
